Fans and pumps should be completely stopped. Pay attention to "tempering". For the air and methanol mixed evaporation process, it is necessary to prevent the methanol from being pressed down to the blower.
1. The oxidizer with the bypass valve should be opened immediately, and the positive valve should be closed to protect the catalyst;
2. Immediately close the air and exhaust blower outlet valve to prevent methanol from being pressed down;
3. The evaporator is heated by steam to close the heating valve;
4. Close the batch steam valve;
5. Stop the absorption tower from adding water and stop the formaldehyde production;
6. Close the methanol into the evaporator valve and the methanol gas into the system valve;
7. Close the steam protection external steam valve to maintain the pressure and liquid level of the oxidation boiler;
8. Quickly contact the power supply department to resume production as soon as possible. If the Formaldehyde Production Plant cannot restore power in a short time, press the emergency stop.
Local power outage:
Air blower power failure
a. Immediately open the oxidizer bypass valve, close the positive valve to protect the catalyst;
b. Immediately stop adding tail gas, methanol, batch steam, top water and formaldehyde to protect the aerobic temperature;
c. If the standby machine starts to resume production immediately, the process of evaporating methanol directly into the system must wait for the oxygen temperature to drop below 150 °C to reorganize the drive. If production cannot be resumed at one time, it is handled by the emergency stop method.
2. Exhaust gas circulation fan power failure
a. Rapidly reduce the amount of air and maintain the oxidation temperature;
b. Adjust the oxygen to alcohol ratio and the concentration of the ingredients to maintain production;
3. Methanol pump, boiler pump, methanol circulation pump power failure
a. Immediately start the backup pump to resume production;
b. Pay special attention to the liquid level of the evaporator, absorption tower and boiler during the treatment. If it cannot be recovered at one time, if it cannot be maintained, it will be treated according to the emergency stop scheme.
