On January 19, 2024, Hubei Sanli Fengxiang Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Huda Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jiuhong Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Huda Special Plastic New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. jointly held the 2023 Annual Summary Conference online.
Most of it is made from carbon monoxide, either by heating it with sodium hydroxide to produce sodium formate, which is then acidified, or via the base-catalyzed reaction of CO and methanol to make methyl formate, which is hydrolyzed to the acid. Formic acid is also a major byproduct of acetic acid manufacture.
The electrolysis of 30 percent ice-cold H₂SO₄ produces hydrogen peroxide. An acidified sulphate solution is electrolyzed at a high current density to create peroxodisulphate. Hydrogen peroxide is produced when peroxodisulphate is hydrolyzed. At room temperature, it is a colourless liquid with a harsh flavour.
Urea-formaldehyde (UF) glue is a thermosetting resin widely used in the woodworking and construction industries for bonding wood and other materials. The manufacturing process of UF glue involves several steps, from the synthesis of the resin to its formulation into a usable adhesive.
The conventional method of manufacturing urea-formaldehyde resins comprises precondensing urea with formaldehyde in aqueous solution at the reflux at pH 7-9, and heating the mxiture at pH 5-6 until the desired degree of water insolubility or viscosity is reached.
MEG is most commonly used as chemical intermediate in the manufacture of polyester resins and textile fibers. MEG is wildly used as automotive antifreeze due to its low freezing point when mixed with water and used as heat transfer fluids for ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
