Today we briefly introduce the 1,3-dioxolane Production Process.

1, 3-dioxane is an excellent organic solvent, widely used for oil and fat solvents, extractants, electrolytic solvents of lithium batteries, pharmaceutical intermediates, etc. In addition, it can be used as raw material for silk finishing agent and sealant.

Technological advantages：

1. The use of concentrated formaldehyde rather than polyoxymethylene as raw materials saves the drying of polyformaldehyde and thus reduces equipment investment;

2. Use solid acid catalyst, reduce the requirement of equipment material, and save investment.
